All Sales are Final
All sales are final. Please make sure to check and double-check products, quantities, your current PayPal/shipping address and shipping fees (US/Canada/other countries) before submitting your order. Orders will not be cancelled once submitted. At our discretion, purchases that are approved for refund or exchange are subject to return shipping fees which the customer will be responsible for. Customer is responsible if package is sent to wrong address due to not updating their shipping address on PayPal. We cannot replace a package lost for this reason. Please make sure to double check your shipping address.


Error with Order
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If there is an error or a product is damaged, please let us know within 3 business days by email, detailing what the problem is so that we can correct it. We will send a prepaid shipping label and package for you to return items back to us, at which time we will send the replacement/correct product to you.

Consistency of Snap Colors
We sell KAM brand snaps and are looking to increase our stock little by little to meet our customers’ needs. We order from KAM in China and they produce our snaps at the time our orders are submitted. There is a slight possibility that the hues of the snaps may vary slightly from one shipment to the next. We have no control over this and this is standard with all snap vendors.We have been selling KAM brand snaps for 2 years and have NOT seen any variation of color.


Snap Stock on Hand
Money will be refunded for products ordered that are out of stock once payment has cleared.


Shipping Fees and Flat Rate Fees
We charge a flat rate shipping fee for snaps whether a customer purchases one or twenty packs of snaps. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Depending on the quantity of snaps. some packages are sent Priority and others are sent First Class.


Presses, Pliers & Dies
The KAM brand snap press DK-98 weighs approximately 21 pounds. Due to its size and weight it will also not fit into a standard mailbox, requiring a trip to the P.O. to be shipped. For these reasons shipping is very expensive for the snap press. Since the package with the Snap Press will NOT fit into your mailbox, it will be delivered and probably set at your front door. Please make sure to be home the whole day on the day your package arrives so that it is not stolen. We are not responsible if it gets stolen after it has been delivered, though USPS may provide some reimbursement which would take time to process.

Presses, pliers and dies will likely have one or more of these conditions: traces of oil, rust, dust, chipped/cracked/scratched paint, uneven finishing or other cosmetic imperfections which are due to the manufacturing process.  They are shipped to us in this condition and we have no control over it.  This will not affect their functionality. We will not replace or refund snap presses for cosmetic reasons. All return shipping fees would be the responsibility of the customer.

It is a good idea to wipe the press, pliers and dies down prior to use. Use a scrap piece of fabric to practice learning how to use the pliers and snap press.


Customs, Duties & Other Import-Related Fees
Our international customers will be responsible for any applicable customs or duty fees.  Packages are declared at their full value for insurance purposes. We will not be held responsible for packages detained by customs or for customs/duty/brokerage/other import-related fees. We will not refund your money if you choose not to pay these fees and lose your shipment.
